Meet the Maestro
Brittany Woolard

I’ve always been a planner. It’s just how I’m programmed. I thrive on structure, strategy, and making sure every detail is handled — especially when it comes to something as important as your vacation. But the real reason I became a certified travel professional? That started with a hurricane.
It wasn’t our first Disney trip — far from it. But this time, we chose to work with a travel agent, thinking it would make things easier. Instead, we were ghosted at the most critical point weeks before our departure. We had a member of our party with a serious injury, and needed help navigating accessibility options — all met with silence. No support with lightning lane strategies. No follow-through, just automated emails. And then the storm hit.
Hurricane Milton swept in as a Category 3 and completely shut down Disney which doesn’t happen often. The Disney cast members were amazing helping us reorganize our itinerary and reservations on-site. Through it all we never received so much as a text from our agent. No “Are you okay?” No guidance. We were completely on our own.
We poured all we had into salvaging that trip, and in the middle of it all, my husband looked at me and said, “You would be really good at this. You do it anyway — I don’t know why you haven’t done it already.” And that was the spark.
Since then, I’ve made it my mission to become the kind of travel professional I wish we’d had — someone who shows up, who communicates, and who helps people feel cared for no matter what’s happening. I didn’t just become a travel agent. I went to school to become a certified travel professional — and yes, there is a difference.
Today, I specialize in planning unforgettable Disney and Universal vacations. But I also help clients explore all-inclusive resorts, cruises, and other bucket-list experiences. Whether your trip is smooth sailing or starts with a storm, I’ll be here — orchestrating the magic, one personalized journey at a time.
