Affiliation

The Magic Maestro Travel Co. is an independent affiliate of WorldVia Travel Group, a licensed seller of travel. All bookings are processed through WorldVia’s credentials. The Magic Maestro Travel Co. does not independently hold seller of travel licenses, but operates under WorldVia’s authorization as an affiliate travel advisor.

Booking & Payments

Client bookings are secured through approved travel suppliers and processed via WorldVia’s systems. A non-refundable planning or consultation fee may apply depending on the service provided.

Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Travel protection plans may help cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. Declining insurance may result in financial loss.

Documentation

It is the responsibility of the traveler to obtain and carry proper travel documentation. This may include, but is not limited to, passports, visas, vaccination records, or identification. The Magic Maestro Travel Co. is not liable for denied boarding due to lack of documentation.

Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations to travel plans are subject to the policies and penalties of the supplier or vendor. Clients are responsible for reviewing all terms prior to booking. Fees may apply.

Liability

The Magic Maestro Travel Co. and its affiliates act only as agents for the traveler in arranging travel-related services. We do not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for your trip, including without limitation: lodging facilities, transportation companies, tour operators, or food service providers. All such entities are independent contractors.
